Deposit

The reservation is only considered confirmed after the payment of a deposit:

• The amount of the first night for a stay of less than 3 nights
• 30% of the total stay amount (before discount) for a stay of more than 3 nights

Cancellation of the stay

The total amount of the deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Any cancellation will incur a processing fee of 40 euros.

Modification of the stay

For any shortened stay or delayed arrival reported less than 7 days before the start date of the stay (for any reason), the total amount of the stay is payable.

No-show

The full amount of the stay will be charged by the hotel as compensation if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without the agreement of the reservations department.
Cancellations can significantly impact our establishment; therefore, we suggest our clients consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Tourism and Travel Mediator

After contacting customer service and if a satisfactory response is not received within 1 month, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.
